Catalog → Eight Week University Withdrawals
To withdraw from the university, the student must withdraw from all the courses in which he or she is enrolled, according to the official procedure for withdrawing from the university as outlined in the catalog (see "Official University Withdrawal Process"). Students who withdraw from the university may or may not be eligible for a full or partial refund of tuition and fees depending on the date of withdrawal (see "Refunds of Tuition and Fees"). The deadline for withdrawing from the University is two weeks prior to the last day of classes for that term.
Note: Students may not withdraw from the university in Term II or Term IV after receiving final grades in any class in Terms I and III, respectively.
