Major Requirements Credits
Total Credit Hours 120.0
The Sociology major must complete a comprehensive departmental examination in the senior year. Grade of C or higher required in all major courses. A C grade or higher must be maintained in the courses that are needed for the minor, electives, or concentration. An overall GPA of 2.0 or higher is required to graduate. A student must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher to declare Sociology as a major.
