| Baccalaureate degree in mathematics from accredited institution. Overall minimum GPA of 2.5 on 4.0 scale for all undergraduate work or minimum 2.75 on 4.0 scale in last 60 hours of study which may include no more than 12 hours graduate study. Scores on the general or mathematics subject area of the GRE taken within last 5 years. Two letters of recommendation from persons qualified to evaluate applicant's ability to pursue graduate study in mathematics.
