May 19 Monday Registration ends

Faculty assign grades of X (No Show); EA (Excessive Absences); F (Failure)
May 20 Tuesday Late registration begins ($20.00 fee)
May 22 Thursday Late registration ends; tuition and fees will not be reduced for withdrawals from individual classes after this date
No charge for classes dropped before this deadline; students are not permitted to attend classes for which they are not registered
May 23 Friday Class withdrawals begin
Students may withdraw from one or more (but not all) classes with no impact on GPA. Hours included in attempted hours for financial aid eligibilty. (See "Satisfactory Academic Progress.") No adjustment of tuition and fees for withdrawal from individual classes.
May 26 Monday Memorial Day Holiday
University closed
May 27 Tuesday Deadline for X (No-Show) grades
Faculty assign X grade to students on class roster, but who have never attended
June 10 Tuesday Deadline for withdrawing from class(es)
Students may withdraw (W grade) from one or more (but not all) classes with no impact on GPA. Hours counted as attempted hours. No adjustment of tuition and fees for withdrawal from individual classes.
June 16 Monday Deadline for withdrawing from the university (all classes)
WU grades for all classes with no impact on GPA. Hours counted as attempted hours for financial aid eligibility. (See "Satisfactory Academic Progress.") Tuition/fees may be adjusted based on date of WU. See "Expenses" for WU refund schedule. Students who withdraw from the university remain eligible to enroll in the immediate next semester. Students who are not enrolled for one or more semesters must apply for readmission.
